Our Design Consultancy Services consist of the following scope of work and deliverables, structured into 4 phases, in compliance with the Hotel Operator’s requirements, as applicable:

1. Phase I - Design Stage
   • Defining Voice and Data Network Requirements
   • Defining Network Requirements
   • Defining Guest Room technology Requirements
   • Defining and/or Reviewing Audio/Video (A/V) Requirements
   • Defining Integration and Special Requirements
   • Development of Concept Design, Schematic Design and Design Development
2. Phase II - Tender documentation and evaluation
   • Developing of Tender Package
   • Developing of Request For Proposals (RFP)
   • Manage tender process with Systems Integrators and Third Party vendors
3. Phase III - Post-Contract Services
   • Establish Project plan for implementation with timelines
   • Review Construction documentation
   • Review Quality of Work
   • Mock-up Guest room
   • Mock-up IDF room
   • Design Computer room layout
   • Prepare and Coordinate Handover
   • Create and Manage Snagging for IT
